Requirements
What we're looking for
- At least 5 years of experience in Backend development.
- Solid experience with Python and frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Experience designing and implementing REST APIs.
- Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Docker and cloud environments (AWS or Azure).
- Knowledge of microservices-based architectures.
- Experience working under Agile methodologies.
- High B2 English level or higher. The working environment is entirely in English.
- Ability to work autonomously and with a high orientation toward results.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of React.js or a Full Stack profile.
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Experience in CI/CD and deployment automation.

The role
We are looking for a Backend Developer specialized in Python to join a development team for internal solutions for our client. You will participate in short-term projects (3-4 months), collaborating with Product Owners, Project Managers, and different technical teams in a dynamic, international, and results-oriented environment.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python.
- Participate in the design and implementation of scalable and robust architectures.
- Integrate services with different applications and platforms.
- Ensure the quality, security, and maintainability of the code.
- Participate in the definition of technical solutions and decision-making.
- Collaborate with other teams to deliver end-to-end business solutions.
How you'll work
- Hybrid model with a minimum of 3 days on-site per week.
- During the initial onboarding period, full on-site presence will be required to facilitate integration with the team.
We are especially looking for
- Highly autonomous, problem-solving individuals with initiative.
- Experience participating in projects from their definition through to production.
- Ability to collaborate directly with Product Owners and Project Managers.
- Profiles accustomed to working with multiple teams and managing different priorities.
- Experience technically leading projects or development initiatives.
