We are looking for a Service Manager N1 for one of our teams in the telecommunications sector. Location: Madrid, hybrid model.

What you'll do

  • Supervise the first-level and 1.5-level technical support team.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs agreed with the client.
  • Coordinate incident resolution and escalation to higher levels when necessary.
  • Technical tasks.
