Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum professional experience of 3 years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
Hands-on experience in Copilot Service Workspace and Channel Integration Framework (CIF).
Hands-on experience working with Microsoft APM SDK.
Solid experience in development with JavaScript within Dynamics environments.
Ability to develop and work with integrated applications within Microsoft Dynamics 365 through a container-based architecture.
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum and/or Kanban).
Knowledge of management and tracking tools such as Jira.
Analytical ability to align technical solutions with functional requirements.
Ability to work autonomously in complex integration scenarios.
Good communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

Experience in development with TypeScript.
Experience in building custom user interface (UI) integrations within Dynamics 365.
Knowledge of frontend architecture patterns in enterprise applications.

The role

We are looking for a specialist with at least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, oriented towards the development and integration of solutions within Copilot Service Workspace. The selected person will contribute to the evolution of the container-based integration layer, participating in advanced customization projects and channel integration within the Dynamics 365 environment.

What you'll do

Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.
Develop and maintain integrations within Copilot Service Workspace.
Implement and configure Channel Integration Framework (CIF) for the integration and connection of external applications.
Develop frontend logic and custom functionalities using JavaScript and TypeScript.
Work with Microsoft APM SDK to enable application integration within the Dynamics environment.
Ensure the performance, usability, and maintainability of implemented solutions.
Collaborate with backend and integration teams to ensure comprehensive end-to-end functionality.
Participate in the evolution of a container-based integration architecture within Dynamics 365.
