About the role

We are considering an NTN OSS Architect & BA profile to join us on a telecommunications project remotely in Spain.

You will be responsible for defining OSS requirements, designing end-to-end operational solutions, and translating business needs into technical architectures, ensuring alignment between business objectives and the technological capabilities of the solution.

What you'll do

  • Gather, analyze, and document business, operational, and technical requirements for OSS (Operations Support Systems) solutions.
  • Define the OSS architecture and functional designs for the domains of Fault Management, Performance Management, Configuration Management, Inventory Management, Provisioning, and Service Assurance.
  • Translate NTN (Non-Terrestrial Networks) service requirements into OSS/BSS processes and system functional capabilities.
  • Develop business requirements, process flows, use cases, functional specifications, and gap analyses.
  • Support integration between satellite systems, ground segment platforms, OSS, BSS, and service orchestration platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, architects, and delivery teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Support solution validation activities, testing, deployment, and operational readiness.
  • Ensure compliance with TM Forum standards, security requirements, and program governance policies.

What we're looking for

  • More than 7 years of experience in OSS/BSS solution design, business analysis, or telecommunications architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of OSS processes and telecommunications network operations.
  • Experience in requirements management, process modeling, and systems integration.
  • Knowledge of TM Forum Frameworx, eTOM, SID, Open APIs, and ITIL frameworks.
  • Experience in satellite communications, non-terrestrial networks (NTN), 5G technologies, or large-scale telecommunications programs will be highly valued.
