As a Solution Architect at Initium Software, you will lead the design, structuring, and implementation of complex ServiceNow architectures applied to the telecommunications sector. Your main objectives will be:

Essential (Excluding Requirements):

  • Academic Background: University degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.

  • Core ServiceNow Certifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM).

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM) + at least 2 other CIS certifications on the platform.

  • ServiceNow Track Record: More than 5 years of hands-on experience configuring and developing on the ServiceNow platform.

  • SPM and Consulting Experience:

  • More than 3 years of experience in project portfolio management (SPM/PPM) implementations or strategic PMO consulting roles.

  • More than 5 years of overall experience in technology consulting, service management, or software development.

  • Telco Sector Specialization: More than 2 years of direct experience working with telecommunications clients or within a Telco operational environment, demonstrating understanding of network inventory, service assurance, and BSS/OSS ecosystems.

  • Solid Technical Knowledge: Proven experience in development with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, modern frameworks, and robust integrations, within Agile environments and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
