About the role

Would you like to join the team and take part in a project in the telecommunications and satellite communications sector? You will be part of a multidisciplinary team made up of professionals in architecture, operations, automation, and project management, with the goal of driving digital transformation through the automation of network services and operations.

We are looking for an OSS/BSS Automation Project Manager capable of leading strategic automation initiatives, coordinating technical and business teams to deploy innovative solutions that optimize service provisioning, monitoring, and management in complex, highly integrated environments.

What you'll do

  • Lead service and operations automation projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, scope, budget, and quality standards.

  • Oversee the implementation of orchestration solutions, automated provisioning, and Zero-Touch operations.
  • Manage integration between OSS/BSS platforms, network systems, monitoring tools, and cloud environments.

To feel comfortable in this position, you should be proficient in:

  • Experience in technology project management within OSS/BSS environments, telecommunications, networks, or satellite communications.
  • Knowledge of OSS/BSS processes, FCAPS, service lifecycle management, and TM Forum frameworks (eTOM and Open APIs).
  • Experience with automation and service orchestration technologies, including SDN/NFV, APIs, and microservices architectures.
  • Knowledge of complex systems integration and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or private cloud).
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, coordinate diverse teams, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
