What you'll do

We are looking for a professional with experience leading telecommunications operations and incident management to join the Shared Infrastructures team. The selected person will be responsible for the team managing the integral management of incidents and activities related to shared infrastructures, guaranteeing their correct classification, monitoring, and resolution through coordination with operators, providers, and involved third parties.

  • Execute operational activities of the assigned area and assume cases of greater complexity or impact.
  • Support advanced diagnostics, critical incidents, recurring issues, blockers, and exceptions.
  • Act as an internal reference for N2 technicians and help increase their autonomy.
  • Manage or lead technical/operational escalations and coordinate with TDE when appropriate.
  • Support prioritization when there are multiple incidents, SLA risks, or concurrency.
  • Review the quality of diagnosis, ownership, traceability, evidence, and closure in sensitive cases.
  • Contribute to runbooks, decision matrices, known cases, FAQs, and operational criteria.
  • Get actively involved in knowledge transfer, observing the work of others and guiding them in their functions.
  • Analyze recurring problems and propose corrective actions, standardization, or improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for simplification or automation and transfer them to the corresponding teams without losing operational ownership.
  • Ensure that critical knowledge of the area has sufficient backup.
  • Support service continuity during serious incidents, absences, or exceptional situations within the agreed coverage model.

What would your role be?
