We are looking for a Data Analyst Manager who will be responsible for transforming the company's data into clear, useful information oriented toward decision-making. Their job consists of analyzing large volumes of data from different sources, applying data mining techniques, and using Big Data environments to understand customer behavior and anticipate trends. Additionally, they create visualizations that facilitate the understanding of information by business areas, ensuring that data is translated into concrete actions. They also interpret results using advanced techniques such as regressions and mathematical models, identifying root causes and opportunities for improvement. Their role requires staying up to date on analytical tools, data technologies, and reporting methodologies to guarantee rigorous and high-value analysis.
In addition to the preparation, monitoring, and reporting of key KPIs, providing a precise view of business performance. They collaborate with different internal units to offer customer-oriented analysis and support strategic decisions based on data.
We would love to get to know you if you have:
University degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
At least 2 years of experience in data analysis or similar roles.
Upper-intermediate level of English.
Proficiency in SQL, data mining, and Big Data environments.
Handling of ETL tools (such as Alteryx) and reporting tools (Tableau, MicroStrategy).
Knowledge of languages and databases.
Key competencies: customer orientation, analysis and problem-solving, teamwork, organization, initiative, adaptability, and results orientation
