What are we looking for?
The Insurance Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing the company's customer-centric data and transforming it into actionable information that drives decision-making. Their mission includes generating high-value reports and visualizations, discriminating and structuring relevant data, and driving new customer-oriented analytical approaches to provide value to the business units.

Your main functions are to analyze the company's customer-centric data to provide a clear vision that helps business units in their decision-making. The selected person must offer data visualization that allows for better understanding by their customers, perform quantitative analyses based on historical data to anticipate behaviors and support the commercial strategy, and drive value contributions oriented toward continuous improvement. They will also carry out advanced analyses using regressions and mathematical algorithms to identify root causes, will prepare and monitor business KPIs, and will stay up to date both on available customer information and Big Data technologies, showing curiosity and proactivity in new customer-oriented analytical approaches.

We would love to get to know you if you have:

Education: Higher Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar positions.

Language: Intermediate–high level English.

Technical knowledge: SQL databases and Data Mining techniques.

Competency profile: Analytical curiosity, customer orientation, synthesis skills, and business vision.
