We are looking for a Data Analyst to drive the development of CaixaBank's information layer and deliver direct value to the business and management. Your mission will be to transform data—both structured and unstructured—into actionable insights that enhance our understanding of the business, the market, and our customers, while identifying opportunities for improvement and growth. You will be part of a cross-functional team and play a key role as an end-to-end analyst, combining ad-hoc analysis, process automation, KPI definition, dashboard development, and active involvement in migrating our processes and projects to the cloud.
This role is ideal for someone with initiative, strong analytical skills, curiosity, and a desire to take on a broad, high-impact role within the team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing relationships with clients (business units and management areas).
• Acting as a regular point of contact with business units and management areas to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Prioritizing and planning projects and recurring requests.

• Executing projects that cover the full data analysis cycle.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Technical knowledge to carry out the reports requested by the business.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as creativity and attention to detail in data visualization and information delivery.

• A university degree in science or engineering.
• Strong data analysis and management skills, with experience using data analysis and database tools: advanced SQL, proficiency in Data Discovery and Statistical Analysis, Python, GIT, Airflow. Programming language training.
• Experience building dashboards with visualization tools such as QlikSense, Tableau, Looker, etc.
• Advanced office suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

• Experience working with or analyzing different customer relationship channels (digital, branch, etc.).
• Previous experience with Google Cloud or other cloud platforms (AWS, etc.).

Consults, structures, and analyzes large volumes of data using statistical and programming capabilities. Is able to develop and implement analytical solutions (e.g., dashboards, predictive models) to address the business needs of the entity in a holistic manner (i.e., from understanding the problem to implementation and monitoring). Knows and uses best practices in software development and machine learning models. Is able to communicate the insights/results of the analytical solution clearly and structured through presentations and/or dashboards.

Las responsabilidades son:

• Gestión de la relación con los clientes (dirección y áreas de negocio).

• Priorización y planificación de los proyectos y peticiones recurrentes.
• Gestión de expectativas, seguimiento y comunicación de resultados.

• Toma de requerimientos de información de negocio.
• Exploración de datos en Datapool y/o fuentes externas. Desde la búsqueda hasta el tratamiento de los datos hasta generar la información necesaria.
• Propuesta y generación de KPIs.
• Construcción de los informes / análisis para presentar la información.
• Comunicación de resultados a los clientes.
• Diseño, elaboración, mantenimiento y automatización los procesos para seguimientos recurrentes o peticiones puntuales.

Para realizar estas funciones, será necesario:

• Tener conocimientos técnicos para llevar a cabo los informes que se requieran desde negocio.
• Tener cualidades analíticas que permitan entender la lógica de negocio y proponer nuevas ideas o estrategias que ayuden a impulsarlo.
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales, así como creatividad y atención a los detalles en la visualización y comunicación de información.

• Estudios universitarios en ciencias o ingenierías.
• Fuertes capacidades de análisis y gestión de datos, con uso de herramientas de análisis y explotación de Bases de datos: alto nivel en SQL, fluidez en Data Discovery y Análisis Estadísticos, Python, GIT, Airflow. Formación en lenguajes de programación.
• Generación de dashboards con herramientas de visualización como QlikSense, Tableau, Looker, etc.
• Nivel avanzado herramientas de ofimática (Excel, Power Point, etc).

Se valorará:

• Experiencia trabajando o analizando los distintos canales de relación de los clientes (digital, oficina, etc.).
• Experiencia previa en Google Cloud o en otras plataformas cloud (AWS, etc.).
• Experiencia previa en Banca en departamentos de analítica/BI.

Es capaz de desarrollar e implementar soluciones analíticas (e.g., cuadros de mando, modelos predictivos) para dar respuesta a las necesidades de las casuísticas de negocio de la entidad, de manera holística (i.e., desde el entendimiento del problema hasta la implementación y monitorización). Conoce y utiliza las buenas prácticas en el desarrollo de software y de modelos de machine learning. Es capaz de comunicar los insights/resultados de la solución analítica de una manera clara y estructurada a través de presentaciones y/o cuadros de mando.
