You will join a multidisciplinary team that will guide you through your first professional steps, giving you visibility and real practical learning.

What will your mission be?
As a Digital Business Analyst Trainee, you will train by actively participating in the following functions:
Liaison and Business: You will provide support in communication between technical teams and the commercial area for the gathering of requirements for new projects.
Product Management: You will collaborate in the management of the commercial digital product backlog, helping to document new initiatives.
Project Control: You will assist in monitoring the costs and deadlines of assigned tasks, working hand in hand with internal and external collaborators.
Financial-Technological Analysis: You will learn to evaluate and estimate the efforts and budgets of new technological demands from the commercial area.
Continuous Innovation: You will participate in detecting opportunities for improvement in the application architecture and in the implementation of new tools.

We are not looking for perfect previous experience, we are looking for potential and the desire to take on the world!
Education: Final-year students or recent graduates in Engineering, Science, Computer Science, Finance, or Business Administration.
Languages: Intermediate-high English level (B2).
Soft Skills: Good communication skills, an analytical mindset, and proactivity.
Digital Skills: A great desire to learn how to use key management tools and agile methodologies (such as Jira and Confluence).
