Requirements

This is what we need from you:

• Being in your penultimate or final year of university studies in Engineering (Industrial, Industrial Organization, Mechanical, or similar)
• Being in a position to sign an internship agreement with your training center for a minimum duration of 6 months
• That your academic workload allows for a dedication of at least 30 hours per week
• A minimum English level of B2
• Strong learning ability
• Dedication and customer orientation

About the position

We are looking for an Engineering student to join us as an intern in the Production area, where you will be able to participate actively in manufacturing processes, continuous improvement, and operations optimization, acquiring a practical and strategic vision of the industrial environment.

Responsibilities

As a Production Engineering Intern, you will participate actively in these activities, among others:

• Support in the planning and monitoring of daily production in the plant
• Analysis of production processes and identification of improvement opportunities (efficiency, quality, and costs)
• Collaboration in continuous improvement projects (Lean Manufacturing, 5S, process standardization)
• Support in the preparation and updating of technical documentation and performance indicators (KPIs)
