• Degree in Industrial Technical Engineering or similar.
• Minimum experience of 2 to 3 years in an industrial environment.

The annual salary for this position is between €30,000.00-€60,000.00 per year. The factors that may influence remuneration within this range include, among others, the skills, training, experience, and other specific qualifications of the selected candidate. The factors that may influence remuneration within this salary range include, among others, skills, academic training, experience, participation in a collective bargaining agreement (CLA), usual market remuneration for the position, and other unique qualifications of the selected candidate.

This position may be eligible for short-term financial incentives, subject to plan requirements.

The main objective is to ensure compliance with production, quality, safety, and customer delivery targets, while simultaneously driving a culture of continuous improvement.

This position is key to ensuring the operational efficiency of fan coil production, compliance with quality standards, and timely delivery to the customer.

Additionally, the Supervisor will have an active role in the continuous transformation of the plant, driving improvements that contribute to the competitiveness and sustainability of the business.

• Supervise the daily production activities of, among others, batteries, electrical panels, and air conditioning machines
• Manage a direct team of 20 to 30 operators, ensuring their performance and development.
• Ensure compliance with production, quality, deadlines, and safety objectives in the plant.
• Apply continuous improvement methodologies such as QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) and lead KAIZEN projects.
• Actively participate in daily production meetings:
  • shift follow-up with the line team.
  • interdepartmental meetings to address results and incidents.
• Coordinate transversally with support departments (maintenance, quality, logistics, etc.).
• Detect and resolve operational deviations proactively.
• Contribute directly to the achievement of the plant's annual objectives through the optimization of processes and resources.

Position: Production Supervisor Type of contract: Permanent, part-time

Location: Montilla (Cordoba) - On-site, weekends, from 06:00 to 18:00
