Spare Parts Sales Representative

At a minimum, you must have:

• University degree in a technical or commercial field
• High school diploma / GED required
• Technical knowledge of HVAC and/or refrigeration equipment components
• Strong customer service orientation and commercial vision
• Ability to work in a dynamic and highly team-oriented environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Results-oriented mindset and high attention to detail

• More than 2 years of experience in HVAC, industrial equipment, or aftermarket spare parts sales (preferred)

Although not mandatory, the following will be valued:

• Knowledge of English

The annual salary for this position is between €36,500.00-€73,500.00 per year. Factors that may influence remuneration within this range include, among others, the skills, training, experience, and other specific qualifications of the selected candidate. Factors that may influence remuneration within this salary range include, among others, skills, academic training, experience, participation in a collective bargaining agreement (CBA), usual market remuneration for the position, and other unique qualifications of the selected candidate.

This position may be eligible for short-term financial incentives, subject to plan requirements.

As a Spare Parts Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and managing spare parts sales opportunities to support the reliability of customer equipment, reduce downtime, and extend asset life cycles.

As a Spare Parts Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and developing the assigned customer portfolio to maximize spare parts sales opportunities
• Identifying, quoting, and closing spare parts opportunities for HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Providing fast and accurate quotes, ensuring the correct identification of parts, pricing, and delivery times
• Promoting the value proposition of X original spare parts, highlighting reliability, quality, and performance throughout the life cycle
• Using CRM tools to manage customer interactions, quotes, orders, and the opportunity pipeline
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, service teams, and internal stakeholders
• Collaborating with the Repairs, Service Contracts, and Modernization sales teams to support cross‑selling and upselling opportunities
• Responding to customer inquiries and requirements in a timely and professional manner
• Consistently achieving sales indicators and annual objectives related to spare parts revenue and margin
