The role

At Marlex People, we collaborate with a consolidated industrial company with a significant presence both nationally and internationally, which is looking to incorporate an Industrial Maintenance Technician to reinforce its maintenance team on the afternoon shift.

The selected person will join a specialized technical team, ensuring the proper functioning of the facilities and production machinery, guaranteeing the continuity of processes and contributing to the continuous improvement of the plant.

What you'll do

• Ensure the proper functioning of the machinery and production facilities.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure maximum equipment availability.

• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve breakdowns that may arise during the production process.

• Prepare and manage the materials, tools, and fixtures necessary for each intervention.

• Propose and implement technical improvements aimed at increasing production performance and machinery efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with the quality, safety, and production standards established by the company.
