Caser Servicios wants to incorporate a Receptionist into its team for our Santa Hortensia Residence, Madrid.
Reporting directly to the Management, your mission will be to attend to the center's reception by satisfying client demands or referring them to the appropriate professional, and offering an excellent company image.
What you'll do
- In-person and telephone assistance at the center's reception.
- Surveillance of access points and porterage tasks.
- Management of mail and messaging at the center.
- Maintenance and control of the access and visitor regime.
- Collaboration with all departments in different tasks of organization and management of daily life at the center.
- Administrative management.
How you'll work
- Duration: From November 26th to January 17th.
