Human Resources Business Partner

• University degree and/or master's in HR, Labor Relations, or similar.
• Consolidated experience of more than 5 years as an HR Business Partner.
• Analytical capacity and good command of digital tools and the Microsoft Office environment.
• High level of English
• With a business vision and the ability to connect business strategy with people management.
• With excellent influence and communication skills, capable of generating trust and building solid relationships with different stakeholders.
• Proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset and results orientation.
• With the capacity to manage complex situations while maintaining a balanced vision between business and people.

Act as a strategic partner to the assigned business areas, driving people, organization, and leadership solutions that contribute to the achievement of business objectives and the transformation of the company. You will be responsible for anticipating organizational needs, influencing decision-making, and promoting initiatives that strengthen performance, engagement, and talent development.

• Understand the challenges and priorities of the business areas to design and drive people solutions aligned with the strategy.
• Advise and influence leaders and managers in decision-making related to organization, leadership, talent, and team management.
• Lead organizational transformation, cultural integration, and change management initiatives, facilitating the adoption of new ways of working and strengthening team engagement.
• Collaborate with the various Human Resources areas to ensure a comprehensive, coherent response oriented toward business needs.
• Lead, together with the Talent area, the implementation and evolution of performance management, development, succession, and talent processes, ensuring their alignment with business priorities.
• Act as a facilitator of talent conversations, challenging and supporting leaders in the identification, development, and mobility of key talent.
• Drive development plans that strengthen the critical capabilities of the organization and prepare teams for future challenges.
• Foster a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and feedback, promoting the growth of individuals and teams.
• Participate in organizational design projects, structure evolution, and workforce planning.
• Coordinate and advise managers, together with the C&B area, in salary review, promotion, and recognition processes, guaranteeing consistency and equity in decision-making.
