Hotel Receptionist

CATALONIA HOTELS & RESORTS needs to hire RECEPTIONISTS to work at our hotels located in the center of Bilbao.

The main tasks to be carried out are the following:

• Check-in/Check-out.

• Control and reading of room keys.

• Rental of safety deposit boxes.

• Cash balancing and handover to the next shift colleague.

• Responsible for everything generated during working hours. • Incident management, but not resolution.

• Baggage management.

• Room changes.

• Mail management.

• Room sales.

• Handling switchboard calls.

• Management of the bell staff under their supervision.

• Cuadre de caja y traspaso al compañero del siguiente turno.

• Cambios de habitaciones.

• Gestión del correo.

• Ventas de habitaciones.

• Gestión de llamadas a centralita.

• Gestión del personal de botones a su cargo.
