The role

Orenes Grupo, a leader in the leisure and entertainment sector, is seeking an "Area Manager" for its Gaming Halls Division in the Community of Madrid.

As Area Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the gaming halls in your assigned geographic area. Your main mission will be to meet the approved budget, ensure compliance with gaming regulations and the company's management procedures, and maximize the profitability and optimal operation of the halls in the assigned territory. You will report directly to the Territorial Director for the area.

What you'll do

Your main duties will include, among others:

- Meet the objectives set by management, ensuring compliance with schedules, regulations, documentation, and access controls to guarantee adherence to responsible gaming regulations and principles.

- Continuously review the cost, income, and optimization of the machine portfolio to meet the area's EBITDA budget, BDI budget, and BAI budget.

- Coordinate and rely on qualified personnel in each business unit, supervising and supporting their training to ensure efficient customer service.

- Supervise the facilities and machine parks, ensuring their maintenance or making modifications based on user preferences, with the aim of maximizing profitability in each business unit.

What are we looking for?

- Previous experience in managing business centers (Hospitality, Large Retail, Restoration, Franchises, etc.)
- Ability to meet and exceed established objectives.
- Leadership, motivation, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Results-oriented with analytical skills for analyzing financial and performance data.
- Willingness to travel nationally is preferred.
