The role
We are looking to hire a Data Analyst (Research Manager) to lead the market research and analysis area in a leading sectoral entity within the Retail and Commercial Spaces field.
You will be the person responsible for monitoring industry evolution through data and key indicators, transforming major market trends into high-value strategic reports for the organization's members, industry executives, and the media.
What you'll do
Data collection and management: Centralize and validate quantitative and qualitative information from the sector.
Market analysis: Identify patterns, emerging trends, and key variations compared to previous periods.
Report preparation: Draft periodic market situation reports with strategic impact conclusions.
Database and directory maintenance: Coordinate and execute the update of the national census and directory of the sector.
Visualization and impact: Prepare presentations for the press, handle media inquiries, and prepare documentation for institutional meetings.
Market Intelligence: Stay up to date with current events, news, and relevant industry movements.
Requirements
Education: Degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Market Research, or a related discipline.
Experience: Demonstrable experience in market data analysis and/or research consulting.
Key skills: Excellent synthesis capacity and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, direct, and structured manner.
Sector: Previous experience or knowledge of the Retail, Commercial Real Estate, or Shopping Centers/Parks sector is valued.
Languages: Intermediate/high level English.
Attitude: Flexible, proactive individuals with a high capacity for adaptation.
