The role

Carry out social intervention activities and promote participation in leisure and integration activities for our target group, in order to enhance the autonomy, dignity, well-being, and inclusion of the Program's beneficiaries. Depending on the Territorial Intervention Manager and/or the Center Director/ the Manager of the Facility.

What you'll do

- Support the reception and transfer of users.

- Plan and execute social integration activities, both individual and group, 

applying the most appropriate resources and methodological strategies.

- Register information in internal databases and any others necessary for the management of the Program.

- Support tasks related to the administrative and/or justification management of the program.

- Propose, manage, and execute group and individual sports, leisure, and free time interventions.

- Provide advice to beneficiaries regarding activities related to daily life, necessary for their personal or family care. 

- Provide support in the interpretation and, occasionally, in the translation of documents.

- Manage coexistence within the accommodation resources and centers, and mediation in situations of conflict in the apartments.

- Implement group sessions in coordination with the Reception team in order to instruct the Organization's beneficiaries in the basic skills necessary for their personal and social autonomy.

- Collaborate with and accompany beneficiaries in carrying out procedures for access to services, resource management, health, training, and labor aspects, housing, and any other activities related to the itinerary established by the technical team. 

- Carry out the necessary procedures for prevention and/or treatment in the health field.

- Carry out the necessary procedures for the schooling of minors and their access to socio-educational resources.

- Support logistical tasks for reception: supplier management, purchasing, collection of invoices, and justification of expenses. 

- Participate in team meetings, when required. 

- Ensure the optimal state of the facilities and equipment of the accommodation resources and centers, and the service offices where services are provided.

- Collect the necessary verification sources for correct justification under the terms 

required by the Funder.

- Support the area technicians in the preparation of reports and documentary models for the correct justification of projects and timely submission to the Organization's SSCC in the proper form.

- Facilitate the communication of relevant information that benefits the technicians in performing an adequate assessment and identification of needs.

- Participate in advocacy and social participation processes.
