The role
Carry out social intervention activities and promote participation in leisure and integration activities for our target group, in order to enhance the autonomy, dignity, well-being and inclusion of the Program's beneficiaries. Reporting to the Territorial Intervention Manager and/or the Facility Manager.
What you'll do
- Support the reception and transfer of users.
- Program and execute social integration activities, both individual and group-based, applying the most appropriate resources and methodological strategies.
- Register information in internal databases and any others necessary for the management of the
- Program.
- Provide support in tasks related to the administrative and/or accountability management of the program.
- Propose, manage, and implement group and individual sports, leisure, and free-time interventions.
- Provide advice to beneficiaries regarding activities related to daily life, necessary for their personal or family care.
- Provide support in interpretation and, occasionally, in document translation.
- Manage coexistence within the resources and accommodation centers, mediation in situations
- of conflict in the apartments.
- Implement group sessions in coordination with the Reception team in order to instruct the Organization's beneficiaries in the basic skills necessary for their personal and social autonomy
- Collaborate with and accompany beneficiaries in carrying out procedures for access to services, resource management, health, training and labor aspects, housing, and those other activities related to the itinerary established by the technical team.
- Carry out the necessary procedures for prevention and/or treatment in the healthcare field.
- Carry out the necessary procedures for the schooling of minors and their access to
- socio-educational resources.
- Support logistical tasks for reception: supplier management, purchasing, collection of invoices, and justification of expenses.
- Participate in team meetings, when required.
- Ensure the optimal state of the facilities and equipment of the resources and centers of
- centers and the service offices.
- Collect the verification sources necessary for correct justification under the terms
- required by the Funder.
- Support area technicians in the preparation of reports and documentary models for the correct justification of projects and submission to the Organization's SSCC in a timely and proper manner.
- Facilitate the communication of relevant information that benefits technicians in performing an adequate assessment and identification of needs.
- Participate in advocacy and social participation processes.
