The role
To support the development of the strategy and lines of action of the Programs Directorate; through the management of intervention projects; in order to enhance the autonomy, dignity, and well-being of the program's beneficiaries, reporting to the Territorial Area Manager.
What you'll do
- To provide individual and/or group attention to users within the framework of quality systems and the area's strategy.
- To provide information regarding SAPIT, as well as guidance regarding possible alternatives based on the person's situation.
- To perform an adequate assessment of the fulfillment of requirements for participation in SAPIT by the people being assisted, as well as the most suitable resource to which to refer the person.
- To design and support social and socio-labor intervention itineraries together with the participants.
- To detect and diagnose possible situations of vulnerability in migrant persons and special reception needs.
- To prepare all those reports necessary for the implementation of the itinerary within the scope of their competencies: follow-up reports, admission, proposals for extensions in reception centers, transfers, mandatory/precautionary discharge, referral to a second phase, to external entities, management of financial aid, etc.
- To carry out referral actions toward the Organization's external services.
- To manage and organize the transfers of program beneficiaries, if necessary.
- To perform accompaniment and home visits with the Program participants.

- To design and monitor the good management of leisure and free time activities for users.

- To accompany in the search for housing as a pillar of social inclusion, as well as follow-up on the housing of users.
- To design and execute pre-training and training actions, as well as materials and methodology, that allow for the improvement of the employability of participants, when required
- To support the manager in the organization, validation, justification, and application of quality systems and permanent evaluation of professional and research action, aimed at the reorientation of praxis, as well as the continuous improvement of intervention models.
- To prepare reports, statistical reports, and technical justification of the area's programs.
- To facilitate conflict prevention and resolution and intercultural mediation.
- To assess, manage, follow up on, and justify financial aid, when appropriate.
- To accompany and support the volunteers dedicated to the different services of the Program.
- To maintain relationships with providers and supervise contracted services, if necessary.
