Citius Solutions is looking to hire a Shipper/ Coordination Manager

What you'll do

You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the flow of goods throughout their entire journey from dispatch to arrival at destination. Preparation of reports and control of indicators. Maintenance of data in ERP.

Main duties

Coordinate and supervise daily dispatch and freight transport operations.

Plan and manage national and international shipments.

Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure compliance with delivery deadlines.

Manage transport and export documentation (delivery notes, CMR, customs documentation, etc.).

Track shipments and resolve logistical incidents.

Maintain fluid communication with customers and suppliers, in both Spanish and English.

Update and manage information in the ERP system and other IT tools.

Coordinate with the Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Customer Service departments to guarantee the correct flow of goods.

Prepare activity reports and control logistical indicators.

Ensure compliance with quality procedures, safety, and delivery deadlines.

How you'll work

We need to hire a worker for a 40-hour weekly schedule from Monday to Friday, in shifts from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 17:30 (1 hour lunch break) and Friday from 8:00 to 14:00

Summer schedule from June 15 to September 16, Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 15:00
