The role

Are you looking for an Occupational Risk Prevention project where your work translates into direct impact on the ground and not just on paper? What you'll do

Prevention on the ground: Active and constant presence in the production plant to detect risks on-site, resolve operational deviations, and promote safe work day by day.
Technical evaluation and investigation: Preparation and updating of occupational risk assessments, ergonomics, and workstation suitability, as well as exhaustive investigation of accidents and incidents with corrective action plans.
Culture and continuous training: Design and delivery of practical training actions aimed at plant personnel and middle management to internalize preventive habits.
Coordination of Business Activities (CAE): Technical supervision of contractors, maintenance companies, and external providers, ensuring comprehensive regulatory compliance.

-Technical management of PPE: Approval, selection, stock control, and monitoring of the correct use of personal protective equipment suitable for the food industry.

-Emergency and self-protection plans: Updating protocols, organization and execution of periodic drills, and leadership in contingency situations.

Requirements

University Degree (Technical/Higher Engineering, Labor Relations, Occupational Sciences, or similar) and an official Master's in Occupational Risk Prevention with the 3 technical specialties (Work Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology).
Professional experience: Minimum demonstrable experience of approximately 4 to 5 years as an OSH Senior Technician in industrial production environments (experience in the agri-food, meat, or manufacturing sectors is highly valued).
Competency profile: A dynamic, decisive person with a vocation for plant work, excellent communication skills to raise awareness among operational teams, and rigor in the application of regulations.
