• Monitor and follow up on all assigned franchisees to achieve set targets, including advising franchisees on how to improve.
• Promote sales and improve the results of assigned franchisees.
• Identify business opportunities and areas for improvement in franchise operations, the services the franchisee offers, and communicate these to their direct supervisor by generating added-value ideas for the company.
• Track commercial objectives, analyzing sales results and commercial indicators of the franchisee, and work with their supervisors and store teams to establish action plans for improvement.
• Communicate the company's strategy and mission to their teams, ensuring compliance with the company's principles and culture so they can be autonomous in decision-making and steer toward company goals.
• Drive continuous improvement in service quality and convey the importance of customer focus to the team.
• Visit each assigned store regularly in their area.
• Monitor and follow up on store operations (sales analysis, stock control, tracking of indicators).
