Requirements

What we're looking for

A student in the final semesters or a recent graduate in a degree in business administration and management, or commerce and marketing.
Good command of Excel and office tools.
Analytical skills, attention to detail, and sensitivity to environmental and social impact.
Proactivity, willingness to learn, and motivation to grow in a retail environment undergoing transformation.

Nice to have

Experience or knowledge in environmental regulations, waste management, or corporate sustainability will be valued.

We are looking for our COMMERCIAL department, a Commercial Support Internship.

What you'll do

Collecting data from the various information systems (DataWareHouse and ShowCase) to prepare reports and assist Commercial Support in day-to-day tasks.
Requesting codes in systems such as AS400, requesting information for the creation of articles and suppliers, recording tasks in AuraPortal, preparing Excel spreadsheets with details on prices, conditions, etc...
Preparing data for later entry of all information related to the creation, deactivation, and modification of articles in the company, as well as supplier data.
Preparing weekly reports with information on modifications, creations, and deactivations of articles and suppliers, carried out in the system.
