What we're looking for

Training: Security Director TIP and/or Degree in Security.
Experience in positions of responsibility within the private security field. Previous experience in multi-site coordination and national clients
Schedule flexibility and availability to travel nationwide.
Driving license B.
Technical competencies: high level in Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis, report preparation, and KPI monitoring.
Transversal competencies: organization, decision-making, transversal leadership.

The role

What you'll do

Main function: to guarantee the correct coordination, supervision, and operational support of the delegation coordinators nationwide, acting as a link with the client's security department, ensuring service quality, operational coverage, and compliance with standards throughout the territory.

Responsibilities:
· Supervise and coordinate the activity of the delegation coordinators.
· Act as an interlocutor with the client's National Security Department, delegations, and providers.
· Manage critical incidents and coordinate their resolution.
· Supervise and cover replacements for delegation coordinators.
· Perform monitoring through indicators and KPIs.
· Prepare executive reports, quality summaries, and action plans.
· Develop, implement, and monitor operating procedures.
