What we're looking for

We are looking for experience, technical proficiency, and the desire to bring stability to a dynamic work environment:

Education: Degree in Labor Relations, Social Graduate, or similar.
Experience: Around 3 years of experience in personnel administration and direct payroll management.
Expert Knowledge: Mastery of payroll calculation (daily/monthly), social security, and associated taxation (forms 111, 110, 190).
Tools: Fluent use of SAP (or other HR ERPs) and advanced mastery of Excel.
Attitude: Methodical, consistent profile, with a high level of detail and an orientation toward collaborative work.

Are you a payroll specialist looking for a new technical challenge? Are you passionate about precision in labor management and do you master the full personnel administration cycle?

We are looking for an expert profile in labor administration to join our people team.

What you'll do

You will join as a key piece of our daily operations within the People team. We are looking for someone with a very solid technical foundation to ensure that every process is impeccable through the following functions:

100% Payroll Cycle Management: Full execution of the cycle, handling 12 and 14-payment structures and specific calculations based on daily and monthly salary.
Application of Collective Agreements: Management of collective agreement tables, ensuring the correct application of salary updates and regulations.
Social Security and Contributions: Expert management and filing of Social Security, guaranteeing total reconciliation and the resolution of discrepancies.
Labor Tax Management: Preparation and filing of forms 111, 110, and the annual summary 190.
Administrative Operations: Control of registrations, terminations, and variations in the RED System, and maintenance of the auditable labor file.
