The selected candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the purchasing cycle, supply, and on-site logistics for the Data Center project, requiring solid expertise in industrial purchasing and complex installations (HVAC, electrical, fire protection, power) to ensure strict control of costs, delivery deadlines, stock management, and warehousing in accordance with project standards.

What you'll do

📋 Your responsibilities:

  • Purchasing and Technical Supply Management: Issuing, tracking, and controlling purchase orders in the ERP, ensuring proper cost allocation to the project.

  • Strict monitoring of manufacturing and transport lead times for critical equipment to avoid delays in the Data Center master plan.

  • Management of national and international logistics, customs (when applicable), and coordination of on-site deliveries on the exact dates required by the construction team.

  • On-Site Warehouse Management: Supervision and control of inventory in the project warehouse. Definition of minimum stock levels for critical materials and installation consumables.

  • Receiving and Quality Control: Coordination of material receipt on site, verifying that delivery notes match the purchase order and that equipment shows no damage, managing immediate non-conformities with suppliers.
