Requirements

What we're looking for

  • 2-5 years of experience in IT support, systems, and/or cybersecurity.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP networks, DNS, DHCP, and Entra ID.
  • Experience in user support and incident management.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Intune, Microsoft Defender, PowerShell, Panda Systems Management, SharePoint Online, Proxmox/Hyper-V, and ITIL will be valued.

The role

We are looking for a Cybersecurity and IT Support Technician to join a leading real estate group, with a solid track record in the sector and a presence in different markets.

What you'll do

  • Provide remote and on-site IT support to users.
  • Manage Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Administer Windows Server environments.
  • Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.
  • Collaborate in the administration of networks, VPN, firewalls, and WiFi.
  • Supervise backup systems and participate in restoration tests.
  • Manage security tools such as Microsoft Defender, EDR/XDR, MFA, and Conditional Access.
  • Review security alerts and collaborate with the external SOC.
  • Participate in vulnerability management and remediation.
  • Collaborate in audits, security policies, and awareness actions.
  • Participate in technological infrastructure improvement projects.

  • Location in Seville.
