We are looking for a professional with business vision, analytical capacity, and management experience, who can assume a position of responsibility and participate actively in the strategic and operational decision-making of the company.

What will your mission be?

As Business Management and Development Manager, you will have a transversal position within the organization, participating in the planning, monitoring, and decision-making of the company.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supervision and analysis of the company's economic and financial management.
• Monitoring of budgets, results, costs, income, and key business indicators.
• Preparation and analysis of reports to facilitate Management decision-making.
• Control and monitoring of accounting and treasury, in coordination with the corresponding teams or advisors.
• Data analysis and preparation of KPIs and management indicators.
• Identification of deviations, opportunities for improvement, and proposed actions.
• Participation in strategic planning and business development.
• Coordination and supervision of different areas and providers.
• Optimization of internal processes and improvement of management systems.
• Support to General Management in decision-making and project monitoring.
• Analysis of new business opportunities and evaluation of their feasibility.
• Supervision of objective fulfillment and the evolution of the company's main indicators.
