The role

From ConfiARTE, a consultancy specialized in selection and headhunting, we are collaborating with an important restaurant group in Seville in the search for a Reservations and Events Manager for one of their restaurants.

We are looking for a person with a commercial profile, organizational skills, and experience in the hospitality sector, capable of managing the reservations department and, at the same time, actively developing the acquisition of new events and business opportunities.

The position combines management, customer service, and business development, which is why we are looking for a dynamic person with initiative and accustomed to working with goals.

What you'll do

What will your mission be?

Your main objective will be to maximize occupancy and revenue related to reservations and events, developing both the day-to-day management of the department and the acquisition of new clients and opportunities.

Your main responsibilities will include

Management and coordination of the reservations and events department.
Organization and follow-up of group reservations, celebrations, and private events.
Management of inquiries, preparation of proposals, and commercial follow-up until closing.
Active acquisition of new events for the restaurant.
Search for companies, agencies, event organizers, and potential clients.
Development and maintenance of a client and collaborator portfolio.
Prospecting for new business opportunities in Seville.
Negotiation of terms, budgets, and services with clients.
Coordination of events with the dining room, kitchen, and restaurant management teams.
Follow-up of each event to ensure an excellent experience for the client.
Monitoring of goals, reservations, billing, and key department indicators.
Identification of new opportunities to increase revenue from events and groups.
Client loyalty and generation of recurring business.
