Data Engineer (Spark, Airflow, Iceberg, AWS)

We are looking for several Data Engineers, with different levels of experience, to work with large volumes of data in AWS for an international project specializing in network measurement and analysis.

The data team works with network performance measurements on a global scale: speed tests and quality of experience tests performed by users themselves, combined with professional field measurements (drive tests). From this data, telecommunications operator performance awards and claims, as well as coverage analysis products, are developed. The platform runs on AWS with a layered architecture (from Silver to Gold), moves terabytes of data per day, and is evolving towards a new geospatial location model and a new infrastructure.

What you will do, depending on your profile

• Aggregates and scoring: build the aggregate pipelines that move data from the Silver to the Gold layer and generate the scoring and awards datasets that feed the awards, claims, and coverage products. Work on large-scale data aggregation and collaborate with the Data Science team. Depending on your profile, also work on geospatial aggregation by tiles on the new location model, or on the integration of data from different sources (collaborative and drive test measurements) and the reconciliation of operator models.

• Senior big data: work with large volumes of data (terabytes per day) in AWS with Spark, Airflow, and Iceberg, and with data modeling.
