At CONVOTIS Iberia, part of the international Convotis group, we work on technological projects for clients in sectors such as banking, telecommunications, or industry. To support this growth, we want to add someone to the Talent Acquisition team in a role 100% dedicated to IT profile recruitment.

We will tell you clearly from the start: this is a pure recruiting position. Your focus will be on searching for, contacting, interviewing, and presenting candidates, with several positions open at once and tight deadlines. If you enjoy that pace and are motivated by seeing your work translate into closed processes, you will be comfortable here.

• You will receive the positions assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager, with whom you will work on a day-to-day basis and to whom you will report the progress of your processes.

• You will perform active candidate searches on LinkedIn, job portals, and our database.

• You will contact and interview candidates to validate their experience, motivation, and fit for each position.

• You will manage several processes in parallel, focusing on presenting quality candidacies within short timeframes.

• You will keep the Teamtailor pipeline updated and take care of the candidate experience throughout the entire process.

• You will support the people you hire during their onboarding, coordinating their arrival and ensuring their start on the project is smooth.

• You will participate in job fairs, technology events, and actions with universities and training centers to attract talent and raise awareness of CONVOTIS.

• Between 1 and 2 years of experience in IT profile recruitment, in a technology consultancy, staffing agency, RPO, or company within the sector.

• Knowledge of the most common IT technologies and roles (development, systems, cloud, support, QA...) to understand what each position requires and validate candidates.

• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools.

• Commercial mindset and goal orientation: you are motivated by measurable challenges and are not deterred by "no's".

• Energy, initiative, and perseverance to maintain the pace when there is high volume.

• Organization to manage several processes at once without losing track.

• Degree in HR, Psychology, Labor Relations, or similar.

• Experience with Teamtailor or another ATS.

• Experience in high-volume searches.

• Intermediate English for interviews or international positions.
