The role
As Commercial and Design Sales Manager in Mallorca, you will be responsible for ensuring that Cosentino's products and solutions are the first choice for architects. You will seek the best avenues to improve our brand positioning and grow business turnover within the architecture community, by building solid relationships with them and their ecosystem. All of this, through a digital approach, coordinating and collaborating with other Cosentino sales teams.
What you'll do
- Create short- and long-term sales plans to improve penetration among the architecture community; secure specifications, projects, and sales of surfaces, interior claddings, and other applications for large-scale architectural projects.
- Develop new opportunities and projects through coordinated sales efforts, enabling the building of stable relationships with architects.
- Actively represent and promote the Cosentino brand and our products among the architecture community, serving as an active agent in the transformation of the world of architectural and design work, through: participating in interior design fairs and exhibitions, interior design, architectural interiors, art, trends, and lifestyle (e.g., CasaDecor, ARCO, etc).
- Host and participate in events with architecture associations/organizations.
- Gather and share market intelligence, regarding trends (e.g., colors) and materials.
- Manage your own sales budget, maintaining sales and cost budget discipline, on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
- Properly manage, in a timely and appropriate manner, communication among all stakeholders involved, so that projects can be executed efficiently.
- Coordinate the successful execution of architectural projects with Cosentino's technical team, installers, renovators, and other parties involved.

- Crear planes de venta a corto y largo plazo para mejorar la penetración entre la comunidad de arquitectos; conseguir especificaciones, proyectos y ventas de superficies, revestimientos interiores y otras aplicaciones para los proyectos arquitectónicos de gran envergadura.
- Desarrollar nuevas oportunidades y proyectos a través de esfuerzos coordinados de venta, que permitan la construcción de relaciones estables con los arquitectos.
- Representar activamente y promover la marca Cosentino y nuestros productos entre la comunidad de arquitectos, siendo un agente activo en la transformación del mundo de la obra arquitectónica y del diseño, a través de: Participar en ferias y exposiciones de interiorismo, diseño, arquitectura de interiores, arte, tendencias y estilo de vida (ej. CasaDecor, ARCO, etc).
- Acoger y participar en eventos con las asociaciones / organizaciones de arquitectos.
- Recoger y compartir inteligencia de mercado, en cuanto a tendencias (ej. colores) y materiales.
- Gestionar tu propio presupuesto de ventas, manteniendo la disciplina presupuestaria de ventas y costes, con carácter mensual / trimestral / anual.
