The role

Be responsible for the revenue of the E-Commerce segment for the assigned hotels, ensuring the fulfillment of objectives and budget, as well as the correct implementation of MHI's commercial and digital distribution strategy during the duration of the position.

What you'll do

  • Implement the defined sales and E-Commerce strategy for the assigned hotels, in coordination with Revenue Management and the E-Commerce team/partner.
  • Manage the commercial strategy of the Contact Center channel for the hotels under your responsibility.
  • Ensure the fulfillment of the revenue objectives for the E-Commerce segment and participate in the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget.
  • Monitor the digital marketing investment of the hotels, ensuring its alignment with the commercial and E-Commerce strategy.
  • Participate in E-Commerce Sales Reviews and in the different commercial committees and reviews of the assigned hotels, defining and monitoring action plans.
  • Manage the commercial relationship with the Market Managers of the OTAs, establishing objectives and action plans to improve hotel performance.
  • Ensure the correct configuration and updating of the hotels in the different E-Commerce platforms and accounts.
  • Coordinate with Revenue Management and the Ecommerce Hub the implementation of campaigns, offers, and pricing strategies, guaranteeing their correct application and competitiveness.
  • Perform audits and monitoring of rates, offers, and commercial conditions to detect and correct possible incidents.
  • Coordinate the digital marketing strategy with the E-Commerce and Digital Marketing teams, including the monitoring of actions such as Destination Co-op and Travel Ads.
  • Guarantee the quality, updating, and correct implementation of the hotels' digital content, identifying opportunities for improvement and communicating the main selling points.
  • Coordinate with the Ecommerce Hub the necessary registrations and configurations in the direct channel, OTAs, and metasearch engines during pre-opening processes.
