Dekton Preventive Maintenance Specialist Technician

As a specialist technician, you will be the person responsible for maintaining the optimal condition of all factory equipment, as well as participating in its continuous improvement from a Maintenance perspective

You will also be in charge of the correct execution of preventive maintenance by contractors, facilitating their work through technical support, management, or material procurement.

• Coordinate the execution of planned works, as well as corrective works that may arise during the intervention.
• Carry out the procurement of the materials necessary for the performance of the planned works.
• Supervise the execution of detected incidents, ensuring their correct rectification.
• Perform the startup checklist in all plants following the performance of planned preventive maintenance works or technical shutdowns.
• Ensure the correct execution of the full range of preventive maintenance in each of the areas of the Dekton factory
• Coordinate the planned works to be carried out during technical shutdowns, ensuring correct completion in time and manner
• Review the incidents occurring after preventive maintenance the following day with the contractors responsible for the works, as well as with the Preventive Maintenance Manager and the Maintenance Engineer.
• Collect information related to the replacement of critical elements to inform the Maintenance Engineer and enable follow-up.
• Coordinate plant startups with production personnel once works are completed

Vocational training in electromechanical installations (or related degrees)

Como técnico especialista serás la persona responsable de mantener la condición óptima de todos los equipos de las fábricas, así como participar en la mejora continua de los mismos desde el punto de vista de Mantenimiento

También te encargarás de la correcta ejecución del mantenimiento preventivo por parte de las contratas, facilitando su trabajo mediante el apoyo técnico, gestión o aprovisionamiento de material.

• Coordinar la ejecución de los trabajos planificados, así como los correctivos que puedan surgir durante la intervención.
• Realizar el aprovisionamiento de los materiales necesarios para la realización de los trabajos planificados.
• Supervisar la ejecución de las incidencias detectadas, velando por la correcta subsanación de las mismas.
• Realizar el checklist de arranque en todas las plantas tras la realización de los trabajos planificados en preventivo o paradas técnicas.
• Velar por la correcta ejecución de la gama completa de mantenimiento preventivo en cada una de las zonas de la fábrica de Dekton
• Coordinar los trabajos planificados a realizar durante las paradas técnicas, asegurando la correcta realización en tiempo y forma
• Revisar las incidencias ocurridas tras el preventivo al día siguiente con las contratas responsables de los trabajos, así como con el responsable de Mtto Preventivo y el Ingeniero de Mtto.
• Recopilar la información relacionada con el cambio de elementos críticos para informar al Ingeniero de Mtto y poder realizar seguimiento.
• Coordinar con el personal de producción los arranques de las plantas una vez finalizados los trabajos

Ciclo formativo en instalaciones electromecánicas (o titulaciones afines)
