Stock Replenishment and Purchasing Control Specialist

As part of the Costco team, you will join the third-largest retail company in the world, in the midst of an expansion process in Spain. Costco is selecting a Replenishment Clerk to manage orders and stock control for product categories under their responsibility, within the purchasing department at our Head Office, with the following main functions:

• Register items, suppliers, and purchase orders in SAP.
• Update data in the system: prices, descriptions, terms, addresses, figures, formats, etc.
• Verify the accuracy of purchase orders and analyze discrepancies.
• Analyze sales, returns, and goods receipt reports. Review inventory reports.
• Follow up on orders with suppliers and stores, as well as changes and returns.
• Provide support to buyers and purchasing assistants in merchandising projects, promotions, and roadshows.
• Ensure item stock levels so that there are no out-of-stock situations in stores.
• Assist in other areas of the department and other departments of the company when necessary.
