The AI and Automation Project Manager will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and ensuring the correct execution of projects related to Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Intelligent Automation, Copilots, AI Agents, and Digital Transformation, guaranteeing compliance with scope, quality, deadline, and budget. Their main mission will be to act as a link between the client, the business, and technical teams, ensuring that initiatives are executed efficiently and aligned with corporate objectives, facilitating the adoption of new technological capabilities and maximizing return on investment. In addition to the operational management of projects, they will actively participate in the definition of work plans, economic monitoring, risk identification, coordination of providers and multidisciplinary teams, contributing to the industrialization and scaling of AI and Automation capabilities within SEIDOR's clients. They will be a key figure in technological transformation programs, driving project execution from the definition phase through to production and continuous evolution.

Comprehensive Project ManagementLead Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Automation, and digital transformation projects from start to finish.Define detailed project plans including scope, milestones, resources, dependencies, and risks.Manage schedules, budgets, and economic monitoring of projects.Guarantee compliance with commitments made to the client.Coordinate the management of changes and scope deviations, ensuring their proper handling and approval.Supervise the correct execution of deliverables and ensure the committed quality levels.Coordination of Multidisciplinary TeamsCoordinate functional and technical teams composed of:Business consultants.AI Architects.AI & Automation Specialists.Developers.Governance and Security Specialists.Organize and drive monitoring committees, progress meetings, and work sessions with clients.Facilitate collaboration between different areas to guarantee efficient project execution.Manage capacity and resource planning in coordination with the heads of each practice.Client and Stakeholder ManagementAct as the main operational point of contact with clients.Manage relationships with business, IT, operations, and corporate area managers.Translate business needs into work plans and concrete actions for the execution teams.Prepare and present monitoring reports, project status, risks, and key indicators.Ensure client satisfaction and the achievement of defined objectives.Economic Management and Project ControlPerform economic monitoring of projects, guaranteeing profitability and compliance with financial objectives.Control hour consumption, dedications, and resource utilization.Collaborate in the preparation of revenue and margin forecasts.Identify deviations and propose corrective measures.Manage contracts, hour banks, scope expansions, and evolutionary services.AI and Automation ProjectsCoordinate initiatives related to:Generative Artificial Intelligence.Corporate Copilots.Intelligent and multi-agent systems.Process automation.RPA and hyperautomation.Enterprise AI platforms.AI Governance.AI solution lifecycle management.Ensure the correct adoption of implemented solutions through communication, training, and change management actions.
