The role

We are looking to recruit an IT Project Manager profile in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to lead the identification, evaluation, implementation, and adoption of AI solutions across all areas of the company.

What you'll do

* Identify and prioritize AI application opportunities in any area of the company.

* Lead AI projects from use case definition through to implementation and monitoring.

* Translate business needs into technological solutions that generate measurable results.

* Evaluate AI technologies, platforms, models, and providers.

* Define and supervise, alongside the cybersecurity area, governance frameworks related to privacy, security, transparency, and regulatory compliance.

* Collaborate with technical teams on the integration of AI solutions with corporate systems.

* Drive AI adoption through communication, training, and change management actions.

* Define success indicators and monitor the impact, adoption, and return of initiatives.

* Act as the local Artificial Intelligence reference and main interlocutor with the company's headquarters, driving the adoption in the country of the corporate strategy, standards, tools, policies, and best practices regarding AI.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

* Higher university degree or equivalent knowledge equated by the company and/or with consolidated experience in the exercise of their professional sector. Higher vocational training or university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration (ADE), or related disciplines. Postgraduate training or certifications in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI will be valued.

* 3 to 5 years of experience in technology project management. And a minimum of 1 year in Artificial Intelligence projects.

* Experience working with business areas, multidisciplinary teams, and external providers.

* Minimum English level B2, as it will be used regularly in conversations with headquarters.

* Experience in agile, hybrid, or traditional project management methodologies.Skills and Competencies

* Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and LLM models, including their capabilities and limitations.

* Vision of technological architecture and the integration of AI solutions in corporate environments.

* Knowledge of privacy, security, ethics, and regulation aspects applicable to AI.

* Ability to translate technological capabilities into tangible and measurable business value.

* Strategic thinking and the ability to prioritize initiatives with real impact.

* Communication and interlocution skills with users, technical teams, and management.

* Ability to lead adoption and manage the cultural change associated with the incorporation of AI.

* Experience in the evaluation of providers and technological tools.

* Critical thinking and independent judgment regarding exaggerated trends and expectations about AI.

* Experimental mindset oriented toward conducting controlled pilots, measuring results, and scaling only those initiatives that provide value.

* Proactivity, autonomy, results orientation, and continuous learning capacity.
