At Inetum Electronic Security we are looking for a person to help us lead our electronic security projects in large facilities.

The Electronic Security Systems Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and supervision of the implementation and maintenance of electronic security solutions in critical and corporate infrastructures. Their mission is to guarantee the quality, reliability, and integration of security systems, ensuring compliance with current security regulations and standards.

Project Management:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of electronic security systems projects.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure compliance with deadlines, scope, and technical requirements.
• Supervise the installation, configuration, and commissioning of systems, ensuring their proper operation.

Technical Design and Specification:

• Define technical requirements and prepare specifications for the systems to be implemented in projects (CCTV, Automation, Access Control, Intrusion, VMS, sensors, etc.).
• Ensure the integration and interoperability between the different security subsystems.
• Verify that designs comply with national and international regulations and standards (IEC, EN, ISO, private security regulations, etc.).

Coordination with Suppliers and Contractors:

• Manage the relationship with manufacturers and suppliers of electronic security solutions.
• Supervise the execution of work by contractors, ensuring the technical quality of the installations.
• Conduct technical audits, functional tests, and validation of the implemented systems.

Financial and Administrative Management:

• Control budgets, costs, and financial deviations of the project.
• Perform financial monitoring and ensure the profitability and viability of the project.
• Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and deliverables for clients and regulatory bodies.

Maintenance and Support:

• Define and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for security systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical and operational incidents.
• Train technical staff and end users in the use, operation, and maintenance of electronic security systems.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing Electronic Security and/or Automation projects

• Leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams.

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Communication and negotiation skills with clients and suppliers.

• Budget management and financial control of projects.
