What you'll do

Integrated into the Business Development department, you will act as the link between the Sales Force (Requester) and the Service Company (Executor) to enable the correct execution of IB operations (installation, preventive/corrective maintenance) and decommissioning of barrel installations, water vending machines and equipment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure the correct integration of the IB demand (requests for additions, removals, modifications and preventive/corrective maintenance).
  • Act as the link between the Sales Force and service companies, including day-to-day support and coordination of acquisition/decommissioning and distribution processes on a timely basis.
  • Manage the maintenance of IB material movements (installations, coolers, bottle racks and display stands).
  • Ensure the quality of departmental information, as well as distribution processes (internal and external).
  • Manage the resolution of incidents and claims related to IB operations.
  • Provide support to service companies (ongoing attention to their demands/requests; e.g., technical feasibility) and periodic control of related documentation.
  • Collaborate in the monthly meetings of the Horeca Commercial team with the aim of identifying new needs and resolving questions/incidents.

Education & certifications

  • Completed university studies in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Logistics or similar fields.
  • English level: intermediate.
  • Microsoft Office level: advanced.

Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in administrative roles is valued.
  • Knowledge of transactional systems, the basis of the commercial and supply cycle (e.g., SAP in its various modules, Board or BI Systems).
