The Risks and Insurance area of the Telefónica Group is the unit responsible for financing the Group's insurable risks and supporting the Operators in the marketing of insurance products for their customers and employees. The area manages a Non-Life insurance company (TELEFÓNICA SEGUROS), with branches in the United Kingdom and Germany, a reinsurance captive (NOVA CASIOPEA RE) and a Group of Brokerages (TELEFÓNICA CORREDURÍA), through which it implements its strategy and policy.

Coordination and supervision of claims, ensuring the correct processing, analysis and control of claims, as well as the implementation of process improvements. Authorization of payments and coverage.

• Supervising the external claims management team, ensuring compliance with the company's procedures and standards.
• Holding follow-up meetings with the claims team.
• Reviewing and validating claims processing procedures, proposing continuous improvements and optimizations.
• Authorizing and approving claims, payments, and coverage confirmation.
• Analyzing customer claims, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Preparing claims reports.
• Collaborating with other areas (underwriting, commercial, and product).

• Knowledge of cyber insurance.
• Microsoft Office.
• A master's degree or courses in technological risks or cyber insurance will be valued.
