• Permanent contract, with a probationary period.

• Flexible schedule
• 8.5-hour workday from Monday to Thursday and a schedule from 8:00 to 14:00 on Fridays.

At DEKRA, we continue to grow and are looking to hire an International Claims Processor for our team in Madrid or Sant Cugat del Vallès.

In this area, we manage claim files on behalf of foreign insurers in Spain, performing the necessary actions to assess damages, determine liabilities, and manage the corresponding indemnities or recoveries, in accordance with Spanish legislation.

The selected person will have the opportunity to manage files from start to finish, working autonomously and making decisions based on the available documentation and evidence.

• Manage claim files from start to finish on behalf of foreign insurers.
• Analyze the circumstances of each claim and the available documentation to assess liabilities.
• Process property damage cases and, depending on their complexity, claims involving injuries or legal proceedings.
• Manage the corresponding indemnities and recoveries based on the determined liabilities.
• Make decisions autonomously, looking after the interests of the client insurer.
• Ensure that processing is carried out correctly and within the deadlines established by Spanish legislation.
