We are looking for people with a curiosity to understand the business and with the technical judgment to turn a need into a good solution. We especially value your ability to connect knowledge from different areas and to rely on AI to solve problems that require learning something new.

It is not necessary for you to be a specialist in all technologies from the start. We do seek a broad foundation that allows you to make informed design decisions and evaluate the quality of what you build. You will have training and access to official certifications to continue deepening your knowledge.

We value the following capabilities:

Ability to understand a client's objectives and translate them into technological solutions with an impact on their business.
Knowledge of AI architectures and the functioning of agentic systems, including their limitations and how to evaluate their results.
A software engineering foundation covering data processing, databases, and web technologies, with knowledge of deployment in cloud environments.
Practical programming experience, especially with Python, and a willingness to incorporate AI into your way of developing.

What you'll do

What is your day-to-day like?

Among the functions you will perform are:

Design solutions alongside business teams, understanding which decisions need improvement and how to evaluate the impact of what you build.
Develop agentic systems that work with each organization's data and integrate with their applications, accompanying solutions from initial testing through to production.
Define the architecture of the solutions, connecting AI capabilities with data processing and databases. You will develop web interfaces that facilitate their use by business teams.
Apply harness engineering to design the agents' working environment: the tools and context they need, how they maintain task state, and when they require human supervision.
Develop with the help of AI, using methodologies such as SDD (specification-driven development) and creating reusable skills. You will incorporate automated testing and code review to ensure the quality of the solutions.
Evaluate and improve systems with real cases, analyzing their behavior and user feedback. You will share what you have learned with the team and explore new ways of working that allow us to help our clients even better.
