What you'll do

At Dentsu Story Lab Madrid, we are looking for a person for the position of Influencer Account Executive. The selected person will be responsible for driving end-to-end innovation actions, managing influence campaigns, strengthening high-level relationships, and collaborating closely with the strategy and business leadership areas to open new commercial opportunities and ensure the team's operational excellence.

Main responsibilities

Be the reference person for a portfolio of strategic clients, ensuring solid and long-term relationships.
Comprehensively manage influence campaigns: scouting, hunting, negotiation, contracting, activation, monitoring, and closing.
Work in a hybrid manner with the paid social team.
Collaboration with the Dentsu Innovation team to activate Media Innovation projects with influence. Special actions in TV, press and magazines, OOH, Street marketing and events.
Analyze results and present insights that allow for the optimization of future activations.
Collaborate with the Influence&Innovation Strategy Directors to detect opportunities, open new business, and ensure consistency with the global strategy.
Maintain fluid communication with the Business Leaders of their clients to work on proactive cross-selling and up-selling proposals.
Work hand in hand with the creative team, elevating proposals and making them connect with other disciplines of the One Dentsu universe.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing influencer marketing campaigns.
Solid experience managing strategic clients and executing influence and innovation campaigns.
Ability to work in dynamic environments, with strategic vision and a strong orientation toward results.
