The role
At DIGI, we need to recruit an OUTBOUND CALL REPRESENTATIVE who will perform the following functions:
What you'll do
· Making outbound calls to customers who already have Digi services contracted to offer them new products or service upgrades.
· Meeting the objectives and service quality standards established by the company.
How you'll work
-Split shift (10:00-14:30 and 16:30-20:00) from Mon to Fri.
-Hybrid work modality starting from the third month.
-Possibility of working on-site during the first three months at our offices in Alcobendas.
