What we're looking for

Training related to the position.
Previous experience of at least 1 year in the described functions.
Availability to work the afternoon shift (15.00 PM - 23.00 PM).
Availability to work one weekend per month.
Availability to travel in case you have to perform your functions at an event.

The role

What you'll do

As a Quality Technician, your functions in the department will be the following:

Detect quality-related incidents, proceeding to resolve them if appropriate at the moment or reporting them if a greater action is required.
Prepare a daily incident log.
Perform weekly internal audits in each area of the organization.
Provide food safety training to the rest of Do&Co employees.
Review the records made in each of the operational areas, organizing and archiving them.
Collect witness samples to comply with established legislation.
Review equipment monthly according to the master thermometer.
Respecting the company's environmental policy with responsibility within its specific scope, promoting its compliance.
