Business Intelligence Analyst (Junior)

We are looking for a recently graduated Engineer with:

• University degree (or about to complete one) in Industrial Organization Engineeringl, Telecommunications Engineering or any Engineering degree with a strong analytical and optimization foundation.
• Passion for Technology and Optimization: Genuine curiosity about AI, automation, and digital environments. We want you to tell us about your interest in improving processes.
• Medium-high level of English: Necessary to access technical documentation and collaborate in international environments.
• Analytical Capacity: Demonstrate in the interview your ability to structure problems, map flows, and propose logical and efficient solutions.

Highly Valued Points. Although previous experience is not indispensable, if you meet any of these points, it will be a plus for your candidacy:

• Postgraduate Training: Having additional training (courses, masters, etc.) in areas related to Automation, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Process Engineering.
• Practical Experience: Having participated in academic projects, internships, or part-time roles that demonstrate experience in process optimization or redesign (for example, final degree projects or university assignments).
• Being familiar with any Reporting/Business Intelligence tool (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.) or with workflow automation systems.

What would your RESPONSIBILITIES be?

As a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be part of a team whose mission will be to completely redesign the Contact Center operations:

Process Optimization

• Map and Audit current Contact Center processes.
• Redesign, Define, and Document new workflows oriented towards maximum efficiency and digitalization.
• Identify which tasks are ideal for automation through Generative AI.
• Collaborate with the technical team for the design, implementation, and validation of autonomous agents, testing their operation to maximize service quality.
• Define the Success Metrics (KPIs) that will measure the impact of the new hybrid human-AI work model.
• Monitor the efficiency of autonomous agents and propose continuous adjustments.
• Accompany, motivate, and train human teams in the adoption of new work processes, acting as a bridge between technology and people.
